Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is too tough to heal alone. You need a support system to help you organize, strategize and implement coping mechanisms and actions. You’re ready; it’s time.
Here’s the way I approach moving forward in PTSD treatment and recovery:
I believe every survivor has healing potential. In the grip of post-traumatic stress, however, it can be tough to tap that potential alone. That’s where I come in. As a survivor who has healed PTSD — and as your Post Trauma Coach – I know what it’s like to feel powerless and full of PTSD symptoms. I also know how to help you shift from powerless to powerful so that you can release fear, build confidence and eliminate obstacles.
For those of you in the caregiver support role, it’s absolutely natural to feel frustrated, confused and uncertain about how to help. In addition to becoming educated about PTSD, there are many ways for you to strengthen your own coping mechanisms, plus learn how to take care of yourself while taking care of your PTSD loved one.
Your future self is waiting to be discovered. If you’d like help deciding how to move forward, email me to set up a short commplimentary call.
All support group meetings are held via telephone. All private sessions are held via telephone or Skype.
Join a Heal My PTSD Telephone (that means it doesn’t matter where you live!) Support Group to receive weekly coaching, support and help to advance your PTSD recovery. These groups give you access to both a live, personal connection, plus a forum in which to seek guidance for all of your PTSD treatment and recovery challenges.
As a trauma and PTSD survivor herself, Michele knows what it feels like to be struggling with PTSD. There’s nothing like being able to connect with someone who understands the PTSD experience and becomes your partner on the discovery and recovery journey.
