Work With Michele

zf-9840-69646-1-010So you’re thinking about making a deeper commitment to feeling better. Good for you! Making the commitment is the first step to making progress.

Here’s the way I approach moving forward:

I believe every survivor with PTSD has healing potential. In the grips of post-traumatic stress, however, it can be tough to tap that potential alone. That’s where I come in. As a survivor who has healed PTSD — and as your Self-Empowered Healing Coach – I know what it’s like to feel powerless and full of PTSD symptoms. I also know there are tips, tricks and tools survivors can utilize to flip the power balance between the past and the present.

With my personal background and professional training I have:

  • First-hand knowledge of PTSD
  • Discoveries from my own recovery process
  • Strategies for helping you feel stronger and more empowered
  • Certified techniques to help you make change

As a Certified Life Coach, Certified Hypnotist and Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer I have studied, trained and researched in order to add education to my own survivor experience. For you this means I can supply:

  1. Information gleaned from my own PTSD healing journey
  2. Professional modalities designed to help you feel better

Together you and I will decide which methods are most appropriate to support your progress.

Currently, I work one-on-one with clients of both civilian and military backgrounds. In the spring I will also be offering coaching groups and PTSD discussion groups, including:

  • a FREE live call once a month where we can all come together to discuss a specific self-empowered topic regarding PTSD healing
  • online support groups for survivors
  • online support group for PTSD caregivers
  • personal, one-on-one self-empowered healing coaching
  • group self-empowered healing coaching
