PTSD Survivors Speak

we-can-do-it-antoos-foobar‘Survivors Speak’ is a weekly feature on our blog, Making the PTSD Shift. A collection of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder stories, this series contains survivors from Australia to England to the United States, from Vets to child abuse to sexual violence victims – all are sharing their PTSD stories of healing. Some will make you smile, some will make you feel empathy for the struggle; all will make you feel the truth: It is possible to bridge the gap between PTSD and a healthy life.

We don’t know when or from where healing will come; these survivors’ collective voices show how to keep searching, fighting for and grasping at success so that we conquer the past and create the future.

Read the posts below for inspiration, motivation and hope. Survivors everywhere are healing. You can, too!

If you would like to share about some positive aspect of your healing journey, please Contact us to contribute a guest post.
