I am a Veteran who uses music to control my PTSD and massive Anxiety which has led to severe Agoraphobia. Since I started using the music I have been able to get out of my home for short walks on the beach, walks around my neighborhood, and even very short trips to the grocery store. It has been amazingly helpful!!!
