PTSD Healing Thought of the Week: Continual Change
Monday, May 31st, 2010 • PTSD Healing Thought of the Week •
So often we hear the voices, sounds and words of those who do not believe healing is possible. Are you listening equally for and to the voices, sounds and words of those who do believe??
According to the Dalai Lama:
The concept of neuroplasticity suggests that the brain is highly malleable and is subject to continual change as a result of experience, so that new connections between neurons may be formed or even brand-new neurons generated.
Your brain is always changing. YOU are always changing. Healing is possible.
It is possible to conquer the past and create the future — the first step is choosing to take the journey.
