PTSD LIVE: On the Air

listen-beverly-packIt’s great to read but sometimes, don’t really just want to hear a human voice? I thought so!

Today and tomorrow I’ll be doing 2 radio shows LIVE, which means you can listen and… you can call in with thoughts, questions and comments, too.

TONIGHT at 8pm EST: Hobbies & PTSD

I’ll be interviewing Desert Storm veteran, Jerry, about how he uses hobbies (including magic) to help alleviate PTSD symptoms. Join us just to hear his story, or call in and add to the conversation by dialing: 347.637.1847.

The show can be accessed through this link live tonight and any time afterward. If you miss the show you can listen to the archive whenever it’s convenient. (Note: sometimes BTR links are finicky; you may have to click the link twice.)

Tomorrow, Friday at 1pm: Healing and Helping After Traumatic Stress

Intuitive coach/counselor, trainer and author Deborah Hill will interview me about how we can unlimit our response to trauma. Here’s a sneak peak of her agenda:

Have you experienced traumatic stress? Even if you aren’t aware of it you may have been affected by traumatic stress and not know it. Or, you may know others who are experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

This is timely information, especially in the wake of the earthquake in Haiti. Michele Rosenthal will talk with us about PTSD, its signs and symptoms, how to heal from it and how to help others who have it.

Click here to Tune in Friday, January 22 at 1 pm EST or phone in (724) 444-7444, 64000#

Enjoy the shows!
