Treating PTSD: Survivor Healing Circle

sgagos_banner_4Healing all alone in a void of your own thoughts and experience can make the PTSD treatment and recovery process very (and unnecessarily) lonely.

Sometimes, it’s good to reach out. For those of you in the Nyack, New York area: A great opportunity to heal in a group brought to you by Stephanie Gagos of My Voice of Truth Coaching.

Survivor Healing Circle Nyack NY

Forming a healing circle for survivors of sexual abuse starting September 9th in Nyack, NY.

A unique and powerful interactive process for sexual abuse survivors geared toward reclaiming your truth, power and your connection to mind, body and soul.

Some of what we will do:

  • Learn how to honor our stories, yet step outside of them into the powerful NOW.
  • Learn some ways to REGULATE our nervous system when you are triggered
  • MOVE our bodies and BE in our bodies
  • EXPLORE our boundaries and learn how to RECLAIM them with integrity and love
  • Build TRUST and begin to OPEN our hearts
  • DANCE (I know some of you are cringing and some of you are saying Yay!)
  • Begin to get comfortable with SAFE touch (yes I know more cringing)
  • Create SAFETY for each other and ourselves
  • Return to the truth of who you are.
