This morning I wrote about how much the mind depends on the pictures it creates.
Norman Vincent Peale understood that when he said,
Formulate and stamp indelibly on your mind a mental picture of yourself as succeeding. Hold this picture tenaciously. Never permit it to fade. Your mind will seek to develop the picture.
What pictures is your mind creating?
If the picture isn’t one of you, completely healed and PTSD symptom free, then it’s the wrong one!
