  1. This is the greatest post! I love resource lists!

I would really like to post this at my http://destressfortheems.blogspot.com if you do not mind. Let me know.

    Aren’t you up kinda late?

    Thanks for the link, btw.

    Elizabeth

  2. @Elizabeth – Glad you like the post! Thought it was easier to lay out everything with categories than in a long list on the sidebar. Of course, feel free to lift the post to your resources.

Up late? No such thing! :)

  3. Rena Reese says:

This is an amazing list Michelle! It must have taken a very long time to compile all of this information and make it into such a user friendly list. I happily added this to the resources page on the Soul Salon International site. You are such a light!

  4. Barb says:

    Hi,
I was a sufferer for a long time due to a serious car accident. I languished for a few years which sent me in a steep downhill spiral and then one day a support group told me about this terific workbook. It is called My PTSD Workbook and I purchased it from http://www.treatptsd.com and I have to say I was feeling ‘different’ from the first ten pages. today I HAVE MY LIFE BACK thanks to that book – now I tell everyone about it when they come to the support group.
You should contact the writer of the book GK Talbott and put it on your site.
I Love your site and the friendly feeling it has.
    Regards,

    Barb

The web site itself has expanded resources. Check out:
